How the booking works
Choose the type of support
Select remote support (for software/settings issues) or on-site support (for hardware, network, or larger jobs).
Pick a date and time
Choose from the available calendar slots. Select the staff member you’d prefer if you have an existing relationship with someone on our team.
Describe your issue
Give us a brief description of what you need help with so we can come prepared — or allocate the right amount of time.
We’ll confirm your booking
You’ll receive a confirmation. If we’re running late, we’ll contact you via email as soon as possible.

When booking, please:
- Choose the type of support you need
- Choose the date from the calendar
- Choose the appropriate staff member you require
- Choose from the available time slots
- Enter your details and information about your support request to make the booking

The nature of IT support is sometimes people need us urgently and require more time.
We will aim to call you at the booking time. If we are running late due to the job before going over time, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
