Current roles at Warringah IT
This role involves onsite, remote and workshop work — delivering IT services to clients including networking, installations, upgrades, and migrations. You’ll provide L2–L3 desktop, server and network support, internet connections and cloud services.
- IT qualification and/or certifications (completed or completing)
- Past experience providing IT support services
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solver
- Current Driver’s Licence and ability to manage your time
This role involves the setup and quality control of computer systems — including data backup systems on workstations, servers and network attached storage, cloud backup systems, workstation and server imaging, and Office 365 backup including Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint. Also requires the setup of checklists, documentation and procedures.
- IT qualification and/or certifications (completed or completing)
- Experience in IT support services
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A desire to do all the one-percenters
This role involves the setup, implementation and support of cloud services like Office 365, SharePoint and VOIP systems — including email and data migrations, implementing cloud security, planning and implementing VOIP services, and general support and troubleshooting.
