After you press connect, you will download or run the remote support application.

Run the application
If you chose download, locate the file in your downloads folder then double-click to start the remote support application.

Allow the connection
Once the application starts, allow any pop-up security warnings to allow the remote connection. If you don’t allow the connection, we won’t be able to support you.
