10/6/24 – This week we have seen email delivery issues from Microsoft mail servers to some of your recipients.
This is due to some of Microsoft’s Australian Exchange mail servers being listed on Spam Blacklists such as Spam Cop.
When you send an email, it is handed to Microsoft’s Exchange Mail Server which will then attempt delivery of the email.
If the recipients mail server uses systems such as Spam Cop the email may not deliver successfully as a result of the blacklisting described above.
Microsoft knows of the issue and are working with the blacklist providers to get their networks removed.
On this example below, its reports Microsoft’s Mail Server will be removed in 16 hours (Friday morning)
