Remote Support

• Labour per hour: $120 ex GST (Help Desk)
• Labour per hour: $140 ex GST (Technician)
• Labour per hour: $160 ex GST (Senior Technician)
• Labour per hour: $180 ex GST (Senior Technician – Steve)
• Billed in 0.25 hour increments
• Remote connection: $30 ex GST

Onsite Support

• Labour per hour: $140 ex GST (Technician)
• Labour per hour: $160 ex GST (Senior Technician)
• Labour per hour: $180 ex GST (Senior Technician – Steve)
• Billed in 0.50 hour increments
• Onsite call out fee: $60 ex GST

Other Fees

• Calls to customers not answered: $10 ex GST
• Calls from customers where no voicemail was left: $20 ex GST – If you call please don’t waste ours and your time, leave a brief voicemail with your request.
• Text messages from customers: $20 ex GST – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you text you will be charged. Text messages are not appreciated or accepted as a support request. They hinder our support processes and are often over looked.
• Paid parking & Tolls
• Urgent request fee: $80 ex GST
• Monday surcharge: $40 ex GST
• Booking fee on behalf of customer: $20 ex GST – Please use warringahit.com.au/book to choose a day & time that you can be available
• Missed appointment fee: $20 ex GST
