Why websites get blocked
Our web protection system filters internet traffic to block websites that are known to be malicious, contain inappropriate content, or pose a security risk to your business.
Occasionally, a legitimate website may be incorrectly flagged and blocked. When this happens, fill in the form and we’ll review it. If the site is legitimate and safe, we’ll whitelist it so you can access it.
We review every request
We don’t automatically whitelist websites — every request is reviewed by our team to make sure the site is safe and appropriate for business use.
Legitimate sites get whitelisted
If the website is legitimate and poses no security risk, we’ll whitelist it and let you know. You’ll then be able to access it normally.
Some sites stay blocked
If the site is flagged for a legitimate security reason, we’ll explain why it’s blocked and discuss options with you.
