What’s new in Microsoft 365 Business Basic & Standard?
Microsoft has added improved security and new AI-powered features to these plans, like a basic AI assistant.
This includes better protection against phishing and malicious links, along with built-in AI tools to help users write emails and documents more efficiently.
Many of these features were previously only available as add-ons or in higher-tier plans, but are now included as part of the licence.

Microsoft 365 with Copilot (price per year ex GST)
As of December 1, 2025, Microsoft has released new pricing for Copilot for Small Businesses — you can now bundle your 365 licences with Copilot. Copilot is approximately $100 cheaper per year as a result, but the licences are yearly.
