- Key Definitions
Customer means an organisation or individual who engages us to provide Services.
Customer Data means information (including personal information) contained in, or accessed through, a Customer’s systems, accounts, devices, and environments while we provide Services.
Personal Information has the meaning under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth): information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.
- What We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
We may collect personal information including:
- name, email address, phone number, job title and organisation
- billing contact details and invoicing information
- communications with us (emails, calls, tickets, meeting notes)
- information you submit via forms on our website
2.2 Information collected as part of providing MSP Services
To deliver managed services and support, we may collect or access:
- device and system identifiers (e.g., device name, serial number, OS version)
- network and security telemetry (e.g., IP addresses, event logs, alerts)
- configuration and asset information (e.g., software inventory, patch status)
- service desk records (tickets, troubleshooting steps, resolutions)
- audit and access logs relating to administrative actions
- backups and restore points (where backup services are provided)
2.3 Remote access and administrative access
Where authorised by the Customer, we may use remote support tools to access systems for troubleshooting, maintenance, and service delivery. During remote sessions we may incidentally view or access Customer Data displayed on screens or stored on devices. We minimise access to what is necessary to perform the requested work.
2.4 Website usage information
When you visit our website, we may collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited
- date/time of visit, referring pages, and basic analytics
- cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)
- How We Use Information

- Our Role When Handling Customer Data
When we provide MSP services, we often act as a service provider handling Customer Data on the Customer’s instructions (for example, administering Microsoft 365, endpoints, networks, backups, or security tools). The Customer generally remains responsible for deciding what data is stored in its systems and who may access it.
Where we act as an independent controller (e.g. for our own billing records, marketing lists, and internal business operations), we handle personal information in accordance with this Policy.
- Disclosure of Information
We may disclose personal information:
- to trusted service providers who assist us in delivering Services (such as cloud hosting, remote access tools, monitoring, ticketing, backup, security, and email platforms)
- to professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, or legal advisers
- where required by law, regulation, or lawful request
- to protect our rights, customers, systems, or the public
- in connection with a merger, sale, or business restructure
We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties handle information securely and only for authorised purposes.
- Overseas Data Storage
