Since we established our business in 2002, general costs across Australia have increased by around 90%. This includes rises in wages, utilities, insurance, software licensing, and the overall cost of doing business.
Like many long‑established service providers, we have absorbed a large portion of these increases over time. However, to continue delivering the reliable, professional IT support our customers expect—particularly in today’s security‑focused environment—we periodically need to adjust our pricing to reflect current operating costs.
