To improve your security, we are checking all computers for any user account not protected with a password.
Set a computer password
To set a password for your computer, please perform the following steps:
- Restart your computer
- Click the start button and search for Settings
- Select Settings
- Select Accounts
- Select Sign-in options
- Under Password, select Change (if you get asked to enter your current password, leave it blank)
- Enter your new password and confirm (please make sure you have recorded your password in a password manager like Last Pass)
- Restart your computer
- Log back into your computer
- Test applications like Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options . Under Password , select Change and follow the directions.
