TPG outage

There is currently an outage that is affecting TPG and other providers internet connections

Your router may show as connected but you have no internet

If you have a 4g failover, that may also not kick in as the outage is inside the TPG network and your router thinks your connection is up.

At approximately 5.15pm this evening (Monday 10th February), we experienced a power outage at one of our Sydney data centres which has affected your TPG Telecom services. The outage has interrupted some of our fixed data services, private cloud services and voice platforms primarily in New South Wales. 

As a result of this power outage your ability to utilise our customer support channels and Frontier portal has also been impacted.  

We are treating this outage with the highest priority, and services have been restoring throughout the evening. Our teams are continuing with full network restoration activities and a further communication will be sent once full restoration has been achieved.
