STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

2. Go to http://www.warringahit.com.au/remote_support.php

3. In "CONNECT TO TECHNICIAN" table, enter the 6-digit PIN code and then click "Connect to technician" button.

4. A notification will appear. Please click "Run" button.

5. A confirmation that the download will appear. Just leave it and wait for application to be launched.

6. LogMeIn Rescue application will be launched. Please scroll down and then click "Accept" button.

7. Warringah IT will require User Account Control permission to access your computer. Please click "OK" button.
